Projection
Project your portfolio forward with your own contribution and growth assumptions — scenarios, goal progress and a plain-language Projection Summary.
What it actually does
Everything you own, in one currency, with the arithmetic shown.
Compndr is not connected to your broker and cannot trade. You bring your holdings in, and it keeps an honest running picture of what they are worth, what you put in, and the difference between the two.
Get your portfolio in, four ways
Enter a holding by hand with its date, price, fee and currency. Import a transaction CSV. Read a holdings screenshot from a platform with no usable export. Or watch a public Ethereum, Solana or Bitcoin address, read-only. File and screenshot imports are shown to you for review before they are saved.
Value versus contributions versus return
Adding $5,000 raises your portfolio value by $5,000 and your profit by nothing. Compndr keeps the money you put in separate from the return the market produced, so a deposit does not read as a gain.
Foreign holdings, converted properly
Today's totals use today's exchange rates. A transaction from three years ago is converted with the rate for that date, not today's. A currency move changes your total even when no market did.
Gaps are disclosed, not filled
No cost basis means no cost basis — not zero. No available price means the position is shown as unpriced. History that cannot be drawn is left out and labelled, rather than bridged with a line that never happened.
What Compndr will not do
It never suggests buying, selling, holding, trimming or rebalancing anything, never ranks one investment above another, and never predicts a price. Prices are periodic rather than live. Projection is arithmetic on assumptions you enter yourself — Compndr does not pick a growth rate for you. Nothing here is financial advice.
